Kathy, we chose to stay home. This year we watched the 'Thin Man' series and munched on king crab. It was great and no driving!
Our son on the other hand went out with friends to Toronto. We footed the bill so he could catch cabs from one party to another.
Janice - we had plans to go out but ended up staying home and watching the new year celebrations on TV
